Privacy Policy

To compute your chart and write your reading, we collect your birth details (date, time, and place of birth), your contact details (name, email, and phone number), and the situation context you choose to share when you tell us what to read. At checkout, we also collect your Indian State or Union Territory to determine GST place of supply and issue your tax invoice, plus your declaration that you are buying as an unregistered consumer because this checkout currently issues B2C invoices only. If you later request a refund for an invoiced payment, we may separately collect the billing name and address required for the applicable GST credit note and keep them only in the adviser-approved accounting workflow.

Your birth details are used to compute your chart. Your context and focus areas guide what we write. Your contact details let us deliver your Manual and reach you about your order. We do not use your data for any purpose you did not come here for.

We treat birth details as elevated-risk personal data and apply additional safeguards to them. This is our internal security classification, not a statutory “sensitive personal data” category under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Birth details are stored encrypted at rest, and we keep them out of our error logs and analytics.

Your reading content is processed by third-party AI providers to generate the draft. Human reviewers read the reading content to edit it before delivery, and they do so under written confidentiality agreements. Ordinary reviewers cannot see payment information; a separately authorised finance operator can access only the transaction facts needed to process or reconcile a refund. We never sell your personal data to anyone.

This product is for adults. You must be 18 or older. We collect date of birth and block any reading where the age works out to under 18 — we do not knowingly process a minor’s personal data.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, your personal data is normally purged from our systems within 30 days. If a captured payment is still awaiting its legally required invoice because of a transient processing failure, including a missing retry job, hard deletion may be deferred only until that obligation is repaired, after which the next daily purge runs. An issued GST invoice may be retained where tax law requires it, but it is de-linked from your account and does not retain your name, email, phone, street address, card or bank credentials, or birth details. A separately required refund credit note may retain the limited billing particulars tax law requires in the adviser-approved accounting ledger.
