Refund Policy

Each reading is a personalized digital work, generated and reviewed for one birth chart. Once your Manual has been created, it cannot be returned, and the sale is final.

There are two cases where we refund the full amount, no questions asked:

If we do not deliver your Manual within 29 hours of your payment — our maximum delivery window — you receive a full refund, no questions asked. In practice most readings arrive well inside that window; the 29-hour mark is the outer limit we hold ourselves to.

If your payment is captured but no reading is ever created for it, you receive a full refund.

If something in your Manual reads wrong to you, reply to the email that delivered it. A human reviewer will re-examine your reading. We would rather make the reading right than leave you unheard.
